If the doctor or clinical team requires more information, our clinical support team may contact you to clarify a few details before approval. You can also request a call if you would like to speak to someone before starting treatment.
Can I speak to someone if I have questions before ordering?
Yes. If you would like to speak to someone, you can request a call from our clinical support team. They can help answer questions about the process, treatment options, or what to expect.
What happens after I submit the questionnaire?
Once submitted:
1. Our clinical team reviews your medical information
2. A doctor assesses whether the treatment is suitable for youIf approved, your prescription is processed
3. You subscribe to the treatment plan
4. Your medication is shipped to you every month
You will receive confirmation by email once your order is approved.
How quickly will I receive my medication?
Once your questionnaire is reviewed and your prescription is approved, your medication is prepared and shipped directly to you with a tracking number so that you can see when it’ll arrive. Shipping is included in your subscription at no extra cost.

What treatment plans are available?
Treatment typically begins with a low starting dose. Your dosage may be adjusted over time depending on your progress and how your body responds. Our clinical team will guide you through this process.
How do I increase my dosage?
If you feel ready to increase your dosage:
